But what really keeps the team going is the warmth, the happiness. Looking out for each other. Watching each other’s backs.

With a Happy Team, working late hours is a picnic.

Sitting and crafting documents is a shared ideology taking place.

Surmounting all hurdles is like climbing a wall together….hand in hand.

There is a difference in being a part of or building a Team and a Happy Team.

I love it when my Happy Team is taking a break with a cup of coffee surrounded by papers.

I enjoy when my Happy Team goes down to the floors to fix things right.

And I am ecstatic when Happy Team sits pensively over a major problem, and then each one look up at each other and shouts, “Don’t worry, we will work it out somehow.”
