It was a humbling experience creating a coffee table book : conceptualising and
creating a collection of stories of heart transplant survivors.
Stories of bravery and compassion. Of strength and conviction. Of fortitude and
faith. Of the inner courage to give (organ donors) and of the belief in going on
(organ recepient). Of the expertise, compassion and humaneness of the medical
team in facilitating the life-giving pathway.
This will always be my cherished project.
